To begin, please fill out the form below and click 'Next'. On the following two pages, you will need to print them out, read them, complete any missing information, and sign them. For activation of your membership, you will need to also supply a copy of your driver's license * and proof of being a land lord. This proof may be one of the following:

  1. Copy of landlord license, or
  2. Copy of rental account business check, or
  3. Copy of landlord/tenant judgement, or
  4. Copy of schedule E income tax form, or
  5. Copy of existing lease, or
  6. Copy of current membership from landlord's association, or
  7. Business reference that will verify that you are a landlord
Then you can either fax, email, or mail them to RealChek.

*If you use a Limited Liability Company (LLC.) for your rental business, you may substitute a copy of your Articles instead of a driver's license.
